After placing your order, you should receive a confirmation email. If this doesn’t happen, please contact us on info@theoldesweetshoponline.com
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE NOT ABLE TO REFUND OR REPLACE ANY GOODS DAMAGED !
We want your favourite sweets to reach you in the best condition possible and so we go to great lengths to provide great quality products and to package them properly but, once a delivery has left our premises, we can’t control what happens to it. If your parcel happens to arrive in a damaged condition that has affected the quality of the product inside, we want to know about it. Please email us at info@theoldesweetshoponline.com and please provide images of the product if possible.
We use Royal Mail for our deliveries. We dispatch parcels Monday – Friday (excluding bank holiday and Royal Mail strike days). All postage will cost £3.50 , unless your order is over £30 which will enable you to receive free delivery.
If your delivery has not arrived within 10 working days please contact us on info@theoldesweetshoponline.com and we will try our best to track your order for you.
Delivery service is available to England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland only. International Shipping is currently unavailable.
